From commercial to residential, we make the process easy to follow.

Service Process

After you contact us, we move step by step through schedule coordination, on-site inspection, cleaning, and completion reporting.

If your request is urgent, the first step is a single phone call.

We accept inquiries from restaurants, salons, offices, and clinics throughout Hiroshima Prefecture and up to Iwakuni City in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

1. Inquiry and scheduling

We ask about the number of units, installation location, and any concerns, then prioritize time slots that are less likely to affect business operations. For sites with many corporate projects, we also arrange schedules that make it easy to work on weekends or after closing.

We keep the period from first contact to the confirmed work date as short as possible, and organize the required details so the flow is clear even for first-time customers.

2. On-site inspection and protection

We check whether the unit is ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted, and what furniture and flooring are around it, then determine the necessary scope of protection. In restaurants and salons, we also take care around water areas and register counters, and complete the setup without blocking traffic flow.

By sharing an estimated work time in advance, it becomes easier to understand the expected duration of about 2 hours per unit.

3. Disassembly cleaning and inspection

We remove the exterior and filters, then use high-pressure washing to clean dirt from the heat exchanger and air pathways. Because the wastewater color shows how dirty the unit was, the difference before and after cleaning is easy to understand.

After completion, we check operation, drainage, and any remaining odor, and perform additional wiping if needed.

4. Completion report and next recommendation

We report the work while comparing the condition before and after, and also share the recommended timing for the next service. In sites where hygiene management is especially important, planning regular cleaning every 3 to 6 months makes it easier to reduce sudden issues.

Supported industries

We mainly serve restaurants, salons, offices, clinics, and care facilities, where air cleanliness affects the impression you make. Residential air conditioners can also be discussed through the same point of contact, so there is no need to contact us separately for your shop and your home.

We operate throughout Hiroshima Prefecture, from the Hiroshima City area to Kure, Fukuyama, and Hatsukaichi, and also up to Iwakuni City in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Why it is easy to trust us with the job

By sharing the process before work begins and proceeding according to site conditions, even first-time customers can feel confident about the schedule. After the work, we leave photo records of the condition and continue through to discussion of the next cleaning time.

By centralizing the point of contact, it becomes easier to handle multiple-unit requests and regular contracts together.

We proceed smoothly with a workflow tailored to the site.

Even if you only want to discuss the work date or number of units, that is fine. We will suggest the best arrangement while taking into account conditions that make it hard to stop business hours.
