Estimated pricing by site
We mainly provide commercial cleaning for restaurants, salons, offices, and clinics throughout Hiroshima Prefecture and in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. After confirming the number of units, installation height, and level of dirt, we explain the scope of work and estimated cost in advance.
Residential air conditioners
We mainly handle wall-mounted units, and we also accept requests for home air-conditioning systems through the same point of contact. We can also take on combined requests with corporate equipment.

The figures below are estimates including tax. Rates vary depending on the model and installation environment, so we will provide the final price after confirming the site conditions.

When additional charges may apply
We may discuss additional fees if the installation height exceeds 3 meters, if the site is a kitchen with heavy oil buildup, if there are many units, or if the work must be done at night. If parking is difficult to secure, we may ask you to cover only the actual parking expense.
We confirm the conditions before work begins so there are no unexpected charges on the day. We provide the same standard of guidance, from small shops in Hiroshima City to businesses in Iwakuni City.
What is included in the price
The basic service includes pre-cleaning inspection, protection, disassembly, internal cleaning, parts washing, reassembly, and a test run. As a guideline, commercial units take about 2.5 to 3 hours each, and residential units take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
For requests involving multiple units or regular cleaning, we can also propose an annual plan tailored to the site's operating schedule.
